A debit order is in place on my account. Suddenly in Feb 2010 the debit order goes through the account on 26th, i only get paid later, 27 or 28th of each month. The debit order always went off later Now my account is suspended No confirmation that it will be earlier that normal, no information send to the client! This is unacceptable. !!!!!! How can Autopage change the date of the debit order without informaing the client to make provision that there will be sufficient funds in this acount I phoned Autopage on evening of 10 March. They cannot even give me a reference number that i have made a complaint about this. I thought they are a cummunicationc company I want this sorted out. Be assured, i will be moving from Autopage as soon as i can. This is not the way do do this. Now i also need to pay R 100 for fees which resulted in the debit order not paid!!!!!!! New client and existing clients of Autopage, be aware of this!

Utterly disgusted: My one phone is still blocked after i have send TWO mails to them with the payment info of the outstanding amount. This was not my fault and still my one phone is blocked. WHY! I am not impressed at all!!!!! I will move from them, 1st chance i get! | ||||
